  Horrid customer service. Just simply rude! The two older staff members should be ashamed setting such a bad example. To make matters worse their hot chocolate was weak, I would have been better ordering a cup of hot milk!

  We were treated badly at Mount Buller Cattlemans cafe by white male owner. My 1st time visitors to Melbourne, my family friend and my children felt bad and discriminated by white male owner of Cattlemans cafe, we were asked to leave the cafe without finishing our drinks. 12May2017 around 3:45pm we all when to buy hot chocolate at cattlemans cafe, while waiting for our children to finish their drinks my Pilipino friend put his head on the table to rest suddenly this white owner yelled at him infront of other customers no sleeping or you have to get out. I told the white male owner he is not sleeping just resting while waiting for our children then for no reason he told me to leave as well. He said "I own this place and have the right to choose who could stay and who could leave", I told this guy we will all leave after our children finish their drinks, he insisted that we should all go out now or he will call the police and walk away raising his arm to me with a dirty F*** finger. Around 3:58pm we are all out of his cafe ready to go home suddenly a woman came out with an angry voice tone telling us "we have a no sleeping policy" or you have to deal with the police then closed the cafe door and hang the close sign at the door. Is this the kind of treatment we get as Asian from white owner of cattlemans cafe at Mouth Buller? Our happy family experience at Mount Buller turns to be an upsetting and discriminating experience. Cattlemans Cafe not recommended.
